Aquacast prides itself on the unrivalled quality of its products.

Our range of standard and bespoke manhole covers and frames are manufactured in our purpose built factory in Staffordshire.

The materials we use are subjected to rigorous quality control checks to ensure that we always have the best available materials to work with.

Our team of professional welders have a wealth of experience between them and have all attained certification to BS 4872-2.

In our dedicated warehouse we also carry a full range of quality ductile iron manhole covers and frames to BS EN 124:1994 and Kite Marked.

We operate a fully audited quality control system to ISO 9001 and are proud to be a fully active member of FACTA (Fabricated Access Covers Trade Association)

Testing

We operate our own in-house testing to ensure that all our products conform to the required standards.
